Assignment 10 also is concerned with the redesign of the commons area in front of Hayes Hall at the University at Buffalo. To get inspiration for different designs, my partner and I looked at Columbia College where they did their own redesign of space to net incredible results. We also looked at Boulder Park, North Carolina as a way of seeing how natural aesthetics can improve our site. Lastly, we looked at Canalside in Buffalo, New York to see how the reimagining of a historically important space can drastically change how that space is used.
